Our priority is making sure you and your dog are safe and happy. But if you or your dog are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery (or 10 days from purchase?). A store credit will be available once we receive the item. If you prefer, you can get your money back.

Important: The product you are requesting for a refund/return must be in the same condition as received.

Note: We cannot accept returns on custom products.

You will be responsible for the  returning shipping charges. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. Within 7 business days your return will be processed.

We Hope to be able to do that soon. But for now we can ship anywhere in US.

You can’t cancel an order once placed. Please contact us ASAP if you’d like to do that. Note: In some cases we’ll not be able to help you.

You have 30 days guarantee, only for manufacturing defects. Please email us at support@mydogwoofusa.com with photo’s of the issue and for further information.

RETURN POLICY:   

If you’re looking for returning or exchange, go ahead and place a new order so your pet can get some new stuff asap!
Place the item(s) with tags to be returned in a package, print the return confirmation and mail the product to:

Return shipping is not covered by myDogwoof. Typically USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest. Once we receive the item(s), we’ll provide your refund. Easy right?

If any divergence is found with the item(s) , myDogWoof is exempt from accepting your request and will return the product to you without the refund.

WHO PAY THE RETURN COST?

In most cases, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning to us. Typically USPS Parcel / First-Class is the cheapest.

We can email you a prepaid return label. If you choose that, print the return label, placed on the returned package and dropped off at USPS. The cost will be $ XXX deduct from your refund upon processing your return.

REFUND ?

If you regret and want to return, the refund will be processed only after receiving and analyzing the item condition (please follow the instructions above).  But attention, you have 7 days after delivery to do that!

WHEN I GET THE REFUND?

Typically takes 5 business days after processed to complete, excluding federal holidays. This may take longer depending on your external financial institution.
